We will automatically backorder any item out of stock, unless you specify otherwise on each order. If an item is backordered more than 2-4 weeks we will notify you personally.
All specified measures are approximate and may vary.
CLAIMS: All product should be inspected upon arrival. Any damaged product and all packaging must be kept until the carrier has made an inspection. Claims for damaged procuct will only be accepted up to 10 days after reciept of delivery.
RETURNS; We are committed to providing the highest quality product and working with our customers to ensure satisfaction. We assume resposibility for ensuring that the plant is preserved and is delivered in good condition. We can not accept returns without a prior "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" {RMA} and in the original packaging. Unauthorized returns will be refused. There are no returns after 20 days.

A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed to any approved request to return merchandise that is not shipped in error or is not defective. There will be no returns authorized after 20 days without our apporval. The customer will be responsible for the return freight even in the event of an exchange.
CARE and HANDLING: Please remember, our plants are real field grown plants and we do not control the environment our plants are placed in. Due to these two factors the plants may experience naturally occurring changes over time. This is normal and should be expected over time as part of natures' process. In addition, we do not accept any damage that occurs to the plants after acceptance by the customer, such as water damage, breakage of branches, insects, etc.
These beautiful plants are REAL, and with the proper care will bring you MANY long years of virtually care free enjoyment.
